Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the daily breakfast was excellent and offered a good selection, the room felt quite claustrophobic due to limited ventilation and a surprisingly small window that offered little to no view. The service was commendable, with the staff going the extra mile to accommodate our needs, making it feel like a well-managed establishment overall. However, the location was a bit congested, which made it less appealing for a relaxing getaway.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very professional, even going out of their way to provide an airport car when our booked one was too small. However, the room left something to be desired with its cramped space and a tiny window that lacked proper ventilation, which made it a bit claustrophobic. Overall, the convenience of getting around Hanoi made up for some of the downsides.
During my stay at the hotel, I found the rooms to be clean and reasonably comfortable, though they lacked a decent view, which was a bit of a letdown. The breakfast served each morning was excellent, a real highlight of my stay. The location was a mixed bag; it was conveniently located close to everything I wanted to explore in Hanoi, yet the alleyway setting felt a bit congested. Overall, the price offered decent value for the experience, but I wish the dining options were a bit more varied.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. While the breakfast was excellent and I appreciated the professional service, the rooms felt a bit cramped and lacked proper ventilation. The location, although easy to access major attractions, was quite congested at times. Overall, it was a fair experience, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
My stay at the Grand Hotel was a mix of great experiences and a couple of letdowns. The room was clean and modern but felt a bit claustrophobic due to the small window. The staff was very accommodating, even arranging transportation when our initial car was too small. Although the location made it easy to access everything in Hanoi, the alleyway was a bit congested. Overall, it offers good value for money, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement.
